Established in 1948, the Gate City Bar Association is the oldest African American Bar Association in the State of Georgia. Its Annual gala raises funds to support its mission to create a community of appreciation for the legal profession.  The 2010 Hall of Fame Gala with a theme of Educate, Inspire, Enrich raised funds which provided scholarships to law student and funds to further support the mission of The Association.
